"I've never had an issue with the customer service at this location. Everybody has always been helpful and kind. I've been a customer for two years now and everybody has always run smoothly for me including signing up for my auto insurance most companies these days make it so difficult and you have to wait two weeks for a response and to get approved and start getting coverage. I got approved right now and my full coverage started asap. Today I need assistance with making some changes to the deductibles with my auto insurance to lower my monthly price and Sonia was exceptional. She did all of her research and went through my plan to see what she could do make the necessary changes to my plan to help with my financial situation. On top of helping me with my situation and getting my monthly coverage price lowered she display very professional but also kind customer service. Some people can be professional but very monotone or unkind she did not. Sonia was professional and extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend working with her if she is one of the agents that takes your call when you call in. She will definitely take care of you. Thank you again for everything."
